The U.S. Equestrian Federation announced it has hired a company to lead the process of looking for a successor to CEO Bill Moroney, who will retire at the end of the year.
The board signed an agreement with Korn Ferry, an executive search and leadership advisory firm, to support the search. Korn Ferry has experience recruiting chief executives for national governing bodies and sports organizations. It will be working with the USEF search committee to manage the process.
