The event Oct. 16-19 in Cecil County, Md., offers not only one of the world’s seven 5-stars but also a very competitive 3-star competition. In addition, there is a thoroughbred show, corgi races, shopping and a variety of food trucks.
There’s also a tailgating option on the cross-country course Oct. 18, but the deadline for buying those spaces is Oct. 5. It involves access for one vehicle to park in a reserved, designated tailgating space in one of three cross-country fields (Timber Field, Middle Hay Field or Sawmill Field) for the duration of both the CCI 3-Star (morning) and CCI 5-Star cross-country competitions.
